Join a thriving allied health clinic with a large gym floor, six consulting rooms, and a strong multidisciplinary team. We are seeking a Senior Exercise Physiologist who brings proven leadership experience, a genuine passion for developing junior clinicians and wants to play a role in local networking.

Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 + performance bonuses

Full-time | Senior Clinical Role | 5+ Years Experience Preferred

About the Role

This senior role blends advanced clinical practice with meaningful leadership. You will work across a modern, well‑equipped facility and collaborate with physiotherapists, podiatrists, a dietitian, a social worker, and our in‑house admin team.

You’ll report to and learn directly from the Local General Manager and clinic Director, gaining exposure to leadership, service development, and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality 1:1 and group EP services in our large gym
• Mentor, support, and guide junior EPs and students
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (Physio, Pod, Dietetics, Social Work)
• Assist with program creation, service improvements, and clinical standards
• Engage with GPs, specialists, and community referrers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with best practice

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years clinical experience (preferred)
• Experience OR a strong passion for leading and developing junior staff
• Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Confidence managing complex caseloads
• Team‑oriented, professional, and committed to high‑quality care
