Job summary

Big Umbrella is seeking an engaged Exercise Physiologist to join our Canberra team. You will develop tailored exercise programs for a broad client base, liaise with stakeholders, and travel to client locations from the office or home base.

The role offers a supportive leadership team and opportunities for caseload variety. Ideal candidates are ESSA-accredited, possess strong relationship skills, and are energetic, proactive and client-focused.

Qualifications

• ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist required.
• Clinical or Workplace Rehabilitation experience is valuable, though training is provided.
• Graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong relationship management skills are essential.
• Energetic, proactive and innovative mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Develop exercise programs for diverse clients (e.g. Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP & Corporate).
• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Visit clients in various locations; work from office or home.
• Complete case notes, reports and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with Manager to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Build trusted relationships and promote services to generate referrals.
• Coach and train other team members (Senior EPs).
