Job summary
Big Umbrella in Canberra is seeking an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist to join a growing health services team. You will develop exercise programs for a range of clients including Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP & Corporate, liaising with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
The role offers a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time, 4 days), relocation support, a company vehicle, and a competitive salary package with bonus, wellness and PD allowances.
Qualifications
- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist.
- Clinical &/or Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, graduates welcome.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Energetic, proactive & innovative.
- Motivated to help clients progress & achieve outcomes.
- Driver's licence.
Responsibilities
- Develop exercise programs for a range of clients including Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP & Corporate.
- Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for your clients.
- Mobile role: visit clients in various locations, work from office/home.
- Case notes, report-writing & administration.
- Work with your Manager to achieve key objectives.
- Build trusted relationships & actively promote the organisation's services.
- Collaborate with a friendly & engaged team.
- Training & coaching of other team members (for Senior EPs).

You will be working in a close-knit team with support from an engaged & high-performing Clinical Lead.
- Salary package of $97,880-119,160 ($74-93K Base + Super + Car)
