Job summary

Enhance Move Perform Pty Ltd in Caringbah is seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join a growing independent clinic.

You'll manage your own varied caseload with 1:1 and semi-private sessions, up to three clients per class, while delivering personalised exercise programming and progression. The role offers clinical autonomy, mentoring, and a flexible 4- or 5-day week in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Clinical private-practice experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client rapport.
• Strong exercise prescription and progression abilities.
• Ability to explain why behind exercise choices.
• Ability to challenge clients while keeping them safe.
• Organised, reliable, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Manage own varied caseload with 1:1 and semi-private sessions (max three in a class).
• Create and progress personalised exercise programs.
• Complete assessments, documentation, reports, and client follow-ups.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain communication.
• Maintain clinical autonomy with mentoring and collaboration.
