Job summary
Big Umbrella is seeking an engaged Exercise Physiologist to join our Canberra team. You will develop tailored exercise programs for a broad client base, liaise with stakeholders, and travel to client locations from the office or home base.
The role offers a supportive leadership team and opportunities for caseload variety. Ideal candidates are ESSA-accredited, possess strong relationship skills, and are energetic, proactive and client-focused.
Qualifications
- ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist required.
- Clinical or Workplace Rehabilitation experience is valuable, though training is provided.
- Graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Develop exercise programs for diverse clients (e.g. Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP & Corporate).
- Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Visit clients in various locations; work from office or home.
- Complete case notes, reports and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with Manager to meet objectives and KPIs.
- Build trusted relationships and promote services to generate referrals.
- Coach and train other team members (Senior EPs).

You will be working in a close-knit team with support from an engaged & high-performing Clinical Lead.
- Salary package of $97,880-119,160 ($74-93K Base + Super + Car)
- Company vehicle for business & personal use - a notable benefit (valued at up to $15K/year) with a small contribution to FBT
- Monthly performance-based bonus scheme
