Job summary

Big Umbrella in Canberra is seeking an ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist to join a growing health services team. You will develop exercise programs for a range of clients including Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP & Corporate, liaising with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

The role offers a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time, 4 days), relocation support, a company vehicle, and a competitive salary package with bonus, wellness and PD allowances.

Qualifications

• ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist.
• Clinical &/or Workplace Rehabilitation experience valuable, graduates welcome.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Energetic, proactive & innovative.
• Motivated to help clients progress & achieve outcomes.
• Driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop exercise programs for a range of clients including Workers' Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP & Corporate.
• Liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for your clients.
• Mobile role: visit clients in various locations, work from office/home.
• Case notes, report-writing & administration.
• Work with your Manager to achieve key objectives.
• Build trusted relationships & actively promote the organisation's services.
• Collaborate with a friendly & engaged team.
• Training & coaching of other team members (for Senior EPs).
