Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in water infrastructure projects.
• Experience across desalination, treatment, large networks, wastewater or storage is highly desirable.
• Strong governance, risk and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a large portfolio of water infrastructure projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across project management, engineering, commercial, procurement, controls and stakeholders.
• Oversee projects from early planning through design, procurement, delivery, commissioning and handover.
• Establish governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk and commercial outcomes.
• Develop relationships with senior client stakeholders, regulators and partners.
• Foster a safety-first, collaborative, accountable culture.
• Ensure whole‑of‑life considerations are integrated into delivery.
