CIMIC Group in Australia is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor - Executive & Strategic Recruitment to lead end-to-end recruitment of senior leaders across CIMIC Group businesses. This role focuses on General Manager, Executive General Manager and executive appointments, with national scope.

You will partner with executive stakeholders and People & Culture teams, provide market intelligence, talent mapping and succession insights, and manage external search partners to deliver confidential,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience recruiting senior leaders and executives.
• Strong background in executive search or strategic talent acquisition.
• Experience in complex, competitive sectors such as construction, engineering or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Managing executive and senior leadership recruitment assignments across CIMIC Group businesses.
• Partnering with General Managers, Executive General Managers and senior stakeholders to develop sourcing and attraction strategies.
• Conducting market mapping, competitor analysis and talent intelligence activities.
• Building and maintaining pipelines of executive and senior leadership talent.
• Identifying and engaging passive candidates through targeted search methodologies.
• Providing labour market insights, talent trends and workforce intelligence to business leaders.
• Supporting succession planning initiatives through talent identification and leadership benchmarking.
• Managing external search firms and strategic recruitment partners.
• Delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences while managing highly confidential appointments.
