Job summary

NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking an Executive Support Officer to back the senior leadership of Reconstruction Delivery. You will bring strong administrative and project management skills to deliver business services, including financial and human resources processes.

You will prepare correspondence, reports and presentations, balance customer service with timely responses, and support stakeholder meetings with diary management and data distribution.

Qualifications

• Experience providing high-quality executive support to senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills to liaise with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate correspondence, reports, and presentations aligned to quality standards.
• Balance customer service with responding to inquiries and coordinating tasks.
• Manage small projects and streamline administrative processes to support priorities.
• Provide secretarial support for meetings, including agenda papers and distribution of data.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and conferences including logistics and materials.
• Manage the Executive Director/Director’s diaries and reschedule appointments as needed.
