The Role

The successful applicant will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Principal and College Executive team, contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the College Executive office. This includes coordinating correspondence and briefing materials, managing calendars and enquiries, liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring information is handled with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

You provide support for College meetings, including the College Board, Senior Leadership and Executive meetings. This involves coordinating agendas and meeting materials, taking minutes, monitoring action items and supporting effective communication across the College. The role will also contribute to research, special projects and the management of sensitive matters, including complaints, incidents and other issues requiring discretion and careful attention.

In addition, you will provide relief for the Human Resources - Recruitment Officer and Human Resources - Relief Coordinator with teacher recruitment, payroll and leave. The role will undertake event and marketing activities in conjunction with the Media and Marketing Officer.
