Job summary

BDO is seeking an exceptional Director to join its market-leading Strategy & Transformation practice in Australia. You will lead our most strategic client engagements, cultivate executive relationships, and drive growth while shaping the future of BDO's Strategy & Transformation offerings.

You will develop high-performing teams, deliver practical, evidence-based solutions from strategy through to implementation, and partner with C-suite and Boards to realise meaningful change across government

Qualifications

Market-profiling and executive network development for revenue growth.
Trusted advisor to C-suite executives and Boards.
Experience designing and facilitating executive workshops and strategy sessions.
Leadership in building and scaling high-performing consulting teams.
Thought leadership to shape market propositions and offerings.
Academic background aligned with business, economics or finance.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Strategy & Transformation engagements across public and private sectors.
Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand priorities and unlock value.
Provide strategic counsel to support decision-making and measurable outcomes.
Ensure high-quality delivery through disciplined governance and client service.
Oversee portfolios, develop transformation roadmaps, and measure performance.
