Job summary

BDO Australia is seeking a Change and Transformation Director to lead complex transformation engagements across private and government sectors in Sydney. You will shape strategy into actionable programs, lead teams, and drive growth for the practice.

You will partner with senior clients, design operating models and workforce plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes through disciplined delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and business development (10-15 years+).
• Strong problem solving, research, analysis, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of complex people advisory and transformation engagements.
• Grow the Change and Transformation practice in Sydney through leadership and market engagement.
• Develop practical, evidence-informed solutions and executive-level client guidance.
• Drive proposal development, market insights and business development activities.
