Job summary
BDO Australia is seeking a strategic leader to drive the day-to-day delivery of client engagements across IT strategy, data governance, enterprise architecture, business analysis and requirements definition.
Acting as the critical link between clients and delivery teams, you will translate complex business challenges into structured, actionable workstreams, mentor team members, build trusted client relationships and contribute to growth through business development and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Experience in technology advisory, strategy or transformation consulting.
- Formal qualification in IT, business, engineering, commerce or related field.
- Delivery across IT strategy, data governance, architecture or process with depth in at least one.
- Track record leading workstreams and mentoring junior staff.
- Experience across multiple industries or adaptability to new sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful client engagements from strategy to delivery with strong outcomes.
- Shape technology and data strategies, governance and architecture guidance.
- Drive business transformation and define requirements with stakeholders.
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Lead and develop consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
