Job summary

BDO in Sydney invites a high-calibre Manager to lead Strategy & Transformation engagements, collaborating with C-suite and senior stakeholders to shape client direction, operating models, and performance improvements. You will develop capability within the team and drive significant transformation programs for government and private sector clients.

As part of a rapidly growing practice, you’ll mentor staff, contribute to thought leadership, and help deliver practical, evidence-based solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant post-graduate experience.
• Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualification required; discipline flexible (Engineering, Science, Law, Commerce).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex engagements with accountability for outcomes.
• Structure complex client challenges and develop strategic directions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify value opportunities.
• Lead executive workshops and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client outcomes.
• Oversee development of strategies, operating models and transformation roadmaps.
