Job summary

Titan Recruitment is a Perth-based, Australian-owned engineering and technology recruitment consultancy with 27+ years in the market. We are seeking an exceptional people leader to own how we deliver recruitment, reporting to the MD and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team.

You will lead and develop Associate Directors and Lead Consultants, elevating capability across the team to ensure outstanding outcomes for clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading recruitment teams in Engineering, Technical or Resources sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to scale contract and permanent delivery across a team.
• Strong service orientation with integrity and focus on client outcomes.
• Structured leadership that turns good practice into consistent desk performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Associate Directors and Leads, and hold them accountable for desk performance and team activity.
• Embed Titan's recruitment methodology and weekly activity disciplines across the business.
• Develop consultants through interview reviews, live coaching and new-starter development.
• Oversee the contractor care journey, spotting risk and extension opportunities early.
• Shape business direction as a member of the ELT.

The opportunity
Titan Recruitment is looking for a great people leader to own how we deliver recruitment. Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, you'll lead and develop our Associate Directors and Lead Consultants. You'll lift the capability of every consultant in the business and make sure clients and candidates get outstanding service, every time.
