• Prepare high-quality reports, briefs and presentations; monitor outcomes.
• Drive business improvement and cross-functional collaboration across directorates.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategic objectives.
• Support staff development and change management to foster growth.
• Travel to regional and remote locations as needed.
