Job summary

New South Wales Premier's Department seeks a Senior Regional Coordination Officer in Dubbo to lead complex policy and cross-government projects supporting regional communities. You will manage cross-agency initiatives, deliver high-quality briefs for senior leaders, and coordinate whole-of-government responses with a focus on regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Strategic ability to develop and manage regional and cross-government projects.
• Strong knowledge of regional NSW's economic, environmental and social issues.
• Proven project management skills with ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience delivering outcomes across multiple agencies and navigating intergovernmental frameworks.
• Understanding of government machinery, Cabinet processes and ministerial briefings.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills for briefs and correspondence.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, councils and community leaders.
