Job summary

Monash Health is seeking a Personal Assistant to the Head of Paediatric Intensive Care. You will provide high-level executive support, coordinate meetings, manage calendars and handle correspondence in a fast-paced clinical environment.

You will also run end-to-end administration for the unit's education and course programs, working with senior clinicians and educators. The role requires discretion, strong organisation, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders or managers as PA/EA.
• Ability to manage complex calendars and communications.
• Proficient in MS Office; SharePoint is a plus.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
