You will also manage end-to-end administration for the unit's education programs, support a fast-paced team, and help staffing during emergencies in a warm, collaborative environment.
Monash Children's Hospital PICU is one of Australia's newest tertiary paediatric intensive care units — a dynamic, growing team dedicated to caring for critically ill children and their families.
We're led by passionate PICU consultants, an energetic nursing team and committed allied health professionals who support each other, lead with kindness and bring their best every day.

You'll provide high-level executive support to the unit head and senior medical staff — coordinating meetings, managing complex calendars, handling correspondence, solving roster challenges and jumping in during staffing emergencies.
You'll also run end-to-end administration for the unit's education and course programs (internal and external). You'll work alongside people who aim high in a genuinely friendly, supportive environment.
You're someone who cares about the "why." You want your work to mean something beyond the task list.
You're kind, value diverse ideas, and enjoy being part of a team that has each other's backs. You're a strong multi-tasker who holds high standards, takes initiative, manages your own day and is always ready to grow the role. You're supportive of others and equally comfortable receiving support.
You'll join a vibrant, friendly and supportive team that invests in proper onboarding and genuinely celebrates your growth.
