Job summary

Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation is seeking three executive leaders to join the Group Executive Leadership Team as Chief Corporate Operations Officer. You will guide People and Capability, IT, Creative Hub, and Events and Venues, translating strategy into actionable plans with the CEO and Board.

You’ll drive performance, governance and organisational capability, shaping the future direction while aligning with Dja Dja Wurrung values and cultural safety.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate strategy into action.
• Experience overseeing organisation-wide services and leading complex change.
• Experience building a safe, engaged and high-performing workplace.
• Strong governance, risk management and budgeting capabilities.

• Lead People and Capability, Information Technology, Creative Hub and Events and Venues.
• Translate strategy into action with the CEO and Board to deliver priorities.

• Develop and support managers to strengthen accountability and results.
