Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial analysis supporting growth across new data centre developments and market expansion. The role informs capital allocation decisions and value creation through detailed modelling, risk assessment and strategic partnerships.

You will own and refine the corporate model, challenge business cases, and collaborate with Treasury to manage funding requirements while advising executive leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in investment banking/M&A, funds management, corporate development or advisory.
• Experience in infrastructure or energy sectors is highly beneficial.
• Strong ability to develop and review integrated three-way financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Proven track record leading workstreams, managing stakeholders and applying commercial judgement.
• Curiosity to deeply understand CDC's business and translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment analysis and business-case development for new data centre projects with financial modelling and feasibility studies.
• Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, JVs, and market expansion opportunities with detailed analysis.
• Maintain the corporate financial model and advise on capital allocation, funding and risk.
• Provide commercial support for customer contracting and strategic negotiations to maximise value.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash flow, capex and debt planning to sustain growth.
