Job summary

DMPE in Western Australia is seeking a General Manager, Resource Access Branch, to drive strategic direction and reform across Native Title and Aboriginal Heritage access. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, deliver complex approvals, and work with Ministers and agencies to modernise frameworks that support WA's resources sector.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience in Native Title, Aboriginal Heritage, land access or related regulatory environments.
• Proven track record leading large-scale change, business process improvement and service delivery reform.
• Experience engaging with Ministers, government agencies, Aboriginal communities and peak industry bodies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex approval processes relating to Native Title and Aboriginal Heritage.
• Shape policy, modernise access frameworks and implement whole-of-government reform agendas.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of six direct reports.
• Engage stakeholders including Ministers, government agencies and Aboriginal communities.
