Job summary

DMPE in Western Australia is seeking a Workforce Projects Officer to support People and Culture initiatives that shape the state’s future workforce. You will coordinate key projects across the department, assist meetings and consultation forums, track actions and contribute to project reporting to keep milestones moving forward.

The role involves project planning, analysing workforce data to inform initiatives, and preparing memos, briefings and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong research and writing skills, with ability to translate information into clear, succinct recommendations, memos and reports.
• Lead Collectively – proactively build strong working relationships to achieve objectives and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate People and Culture projects across the department and support meetings and consultation forums.
• Track actions and contribute to project reporting to keep deliverables moving forward.
