Job summary

Commonwealth Bank of Australia seeks an Executive Manager, Global Trade Operations to lead safe, efficient and compliant delivery across customer servicing, processing and product lifecycle management. Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in executive or senior leadership roles.
• Deep operational leadership experience in financial services, with Trade Finance/Institutional Banking or Markets Operations preferred.
• Track record delivering large-scale transformation, simplification and technology-enabled change.
• Strong risk management capability in complex regulatory environments.
• Ability to influence across senior stakeholder groups including business, technology, risk and control functions.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations across Trade Finance products and related services.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operational performance with strong customer focus.
• Drive transformation, simplification, automation, digitisation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Maintain a strong risk culture and effective risk management practices.
• Partner with Product, Technology and COO teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
