CommBank seeks an Executive Manager, Global Trade Operations to lead end-to-end operations across Trade Finance products and drive transformation initiatives. You will partner with Product, Technology and risk teams to deliver compliant, customer-focused outcomes.

This role requires significant leadership experience, strong risk management and the ability to influence across senior stakeholders while delivering on a nationwide transformation agenda.

Competenze

• Significant leadership experience in Executive Manager or equivalent senior role.
• Deep operational leadership experience in financial services, with Trade Finance or Institutional Banking exposure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and technology-enabled change.
• Strong risk management within complex regulatory environments.
• Ability to influence across senior stakeholder groups including business, risk and technology.
• Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams and building high-performance cultures.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end operations across Trade Finance products including imports, exports, trade advances, SBIs, and bank guarantees.
• Deliver safe, stable and efficient operational performance with a strong customer focus.
• Drive the Trade transformation and modernisation roadmap, including automation, digitisation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Build and maintain a strong risk culture and manage regulatory, conduct and operational risks.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Sales, Coverage, Financial Crime and COO teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Use insights to inform strategy and prioritise investment and change initiatives.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing national workforce with a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service partners to optimise performance.
