Job summary

Riverina Group in Australia seeks a General Manager, Feed Division to lead the strategic, operational and financial performance across Queensland and New South Wales. You will steer multi-site feed milling with close collaboration across Nutrition, Sales, Quality, Marketing and Purchasing to deliver safe, high-quality products.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape the division's direction, develop senior leaders, and drive growth while ensuring exceptional outcomes for customers

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior leadership roles within manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG or similar.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site operations with strategic, operational and financial accountability.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and cost management experience.
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing performance and operational efficiency.
• Leadership across large teams, developing leaders and high-performing cultures.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and regulatory obligations related to feed operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and translate Riverina’s strategy into clear divisional priorities and outcomes.
• Hold overall accountability for divisional financial performance, budgets and ROI.
• Oversee multi-site feed manufacturing operations, driving productivity and reliability.
• Lead senior managers and functional leaders to build a high-performing, accountable culture.
• Drive growth, market share and divisional profitability through commercial initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain and capital investment priorities for the division.
