Job summary

Reid Stockfeeds in Camperdown is seeking a Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operation, drive safety, quality outcomes and DIFOT performance. You will report to the Site Manager and oversee daily production, scheduling and labour planning to sustain operational excellence.

Key focus areas include rostering, coaching the team, maintaining safety standards such as FeedSafe and HACCP, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years production management experience.
• Strong people leadership skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience in safety-focused environments with GMP/HACCP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations and coordinate scheduling.
• Drive DIFOT performance and ensure quality compliance.
• Develop rosters, plan labour, and link scheduling with logistics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coach and develop production team members while maintaining safety.
