The role requires senior executive experience in the NFP sector, with a track record in budgets, grants, and contract management, and the ability to guide teams through complex governance and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and update the strategic plan.
• Advise the Board on governance, risk, and finance.
• Guide executive leaders to maintain strong workplace accountability.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Build partnerships with Aboriginal communities, Elders, and government bodies.
