Job summary

Centacare Kimberley seeks a strategic leader to direct executive operations and governance across the Kimberley region. You will be responsible for financial sustainability, strategic oversight, and expanding community partnerships to deliver culturally secure services.

The role requires senior executive experience in the NFP sector, with a track record in budgets, grants, and contract management, and the ability to guide teams through complex governance and compliance frameworks.

Job description

Lead strategic direction and governance for a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation. Manage executive operations, oversee financial sustainability, and expand community partnerships to drive high-quality, culturally secure services across the Kimberley.

The Leader We're Looking For

• Degree in Business, Management, Social Work, or relevant discipline
• Senior executive leadership experience in NFP or community sectors
• Track record managing finances, budgets, and long-term sustainability
• Expertise driving business growth, grants, and contract management
• Proven ability leading teams through complex governance and compliance

In recognition of the importance of this executive leadership opportunity, you'll receive a competitive remuneration package including:

• Base Salary ranging from $180,000 - $200,000 PLUS Super
• Relocation Assistance up to $10,000 for the right candidate
• Annual Housing Allowance up to $50,000
• Fully maintained 4WD with private use throughout the Kimberley
