Job summary

The Northern Territory AIDS and Hepatitis Council in Darwin is seeking a values-led Executive Director to guide its next chapter of impact, sustainability and growth. Reporting to the Board, you will shape strategy, services, and people outcomes.

You will lead organisational performance, governance and risk, build partnerships with government, funders and communities, and advance advocacy to diversify funding.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in health, community services, government or not-for-profit sectors.
• Experience working with a Board and leading organisational performance.
• Credibility with government, funders and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's strategy, services and people performance.
• Deliver the 2024-2029 Strategic Plan and strengthen culturally safe services.
• Oversee governance, risk, finance and policy development.
• Build relationships with communities, government and funders.
• Advance advocacy and diversify funding.
