Job summary

Sunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation in Katherine, NT is seeking an Executive Manager, Clinical Operations to lead clinical operations across remote Primary Health Care clinics. Based at Katherine Support Office with travel to remote communities, you will work with the COO and executive team to strengthen governance, quality improvement and service delivery.

The role requires a nursing degree with RN registration, leadership qualifications, and at least five years in remote Indigenous

Qualifications

• Recognised nursing degree and current RN registration.
• Tertiary qualifications in leadership and management.
• 5+ years of remote Indigenous primary health care management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing recruitment, training and performance.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management, and culturally safe care.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of clinical operational plans and service delivery initiatives.
• Oversee clinical quality, compliance, risk management and CI across clinics.
• Support and provide leadership to Primary Health Care Operations Managers and CQI Coordinator.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, staffing, rostering and service delivery targets.
• Strengthen governance, accreditation, audit processes, clinical pathways and reporting.
• Build relationships with communities, partner organisations and teams.
• Lead service improvement projects and workforce development.
• Promote a positive, culturally safe workplace.
