Job summary
Drug and Alcohol Services Australia seeks an experienced clinician to lead clinical practice across a mission-driven AOD service spanning Alice Springs and remote Northern Territory communities. You will lead clinical governance, guide non-clinical staff, supervise four Service Managers, oversee complex client care plans, and integrate expert clinical strategy into executive decision-making.

Qualifications
- Degree in Alcohol & Other Drugs, Health, or Social Care
- Current Driver’s Licence with ability to travel to remote communities
- Experience managing concurrent programs and staff supervision
- Knowledge of current AOD intervention models and reporting
- Commitment to respectful work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical and AOD programs
- Direct clinical governance, intake functions, and complex care plans
- Supervise four Service Managers and drive team performance
- Prepare budgets, grant proposals, and maintain stakeholder relations
- Monitor AOD research to address shifting regional drug trends
