Sunrise Health in the Northern Territory is seeking a clinician to deliver comprehensive primary health care, acute care, and emergency services in remote communities. You will perform triage, first aid, stabilisation, and patient evacuation where needed.

The role requires registration with AHPRA, experience in remote primary health care, and strong teamwork with doctors, nurses and Aboriginal Health Workers. On-call duties and mentorship of trainees are part of the role.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Practice) required.
• Eligibility for AHPRA registration required.
• Demonstrated primary health care experience, ideally in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver primary health care, acute care, and emergency response services.
• Provide triage, first aid, stabilisation, and patient evacuation.
• Administer medications and vaccinations in line with clinical protocols (CARPA).
• Conduct health checks, screenings, and follow-ups.
• Support chronic disease management and preventative health programs.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and Aboriginal Health Workers.
• Participate in an on-call roster.
• Mentor and support trainees and junior staff.
