Opal HealthCare is seeking a General Manager to lead a Care Community in Victoria, Australia. You will drive a values-led culture, empower clinical and non-clinical teams, and ensure high-quality resident care aligned with regulatory standards.

You will own performance outcomes across care quality, finances, compliance and resident experience, building strong relationships with residents, families and the local community while maintaining Opal’s CARE values in every decision.

Formación

• Proven GM or senior leadership in regulated service environment
• Ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering high-performing culture
• Commercial acumen with strong financial capability
• Effective communication with hands-on leadership
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards, risk management
• AHPRA registration or relevant qualifications
