Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations and ensure food safety and HACCP compliance
• Control food costs, yields, waste, and budget per meal
• Oversee staffing levels aligned to budget and service needs
• Plan seasonal menus that meet nutritional requirements of residents
• Ensure meals meet dietary restrictions and allergen considerations
• Order and receive supplies, rotate stock, and minimize waste
