Respect Aged Care is seeking a Chef Supervisor for Mareeba Gardens, a full‑time role servicing a 62‑resident facility in Mareeba, QLD. You will oversee the kitchen operation, lead a dedicated team, plan menus, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure quality meals for residents.

Previous Chef Supervisor experience in aged care is highly regarded; a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an aged care kitchen and teams.
• Proven ability to plan menus and manage food costs.
• Genuine commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Current Police Check, NDIS check and ACW screening preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily kitchen operations in an aged care setting.
• Lead menu planning, food preparation, service and quality control.
• Manage stock, inventory, suppliers and cost control.
• Roster and develop kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflows.
