Hunter Recruitment Group is seeking a General Manager for a well-established NDIS provider based in Newcastle. The role requires steering the business from day one, performing a structural review, and keeping services steady while driving revenue growth.

As part of leadership, you will work with the founder to shape strategy, grow core services, secure government partnerships, and be the face of the organisation to participants, families and partners. Commercial viability is essential.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience as GM/CEO/COO or equivalent.
• Experience reporting to a Board and governance understanding.
• Proven track record in budgets, cash flow and margin management.
• Experience leading structural reviews or turnarounds while maintaining service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a structural review to place the business on a mature, sustainable footing.
• Collaborate with the founder to drive strategy and growth of core services.
• Grow government partnerships and maintain service quality for participants.
• Represent the organisation to staff, participants, families and partners.
