Police HomeCare is seeking a General Manager to steer the organisation through its next phase of operations and growth, reporting to the Board and strengthening capability across the business.

The role requires senior leadership experience in the Aged Care/NDIS sectors, with knowledge of My Aged Care, Support at Home and NDIS frameworks, and a focus on governance, stakeholder engagement and delivering person-centred services.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Aged Care, NDIS, Health Care or Community Services sectors.
• Knowledge of My Aged Care, Support at Home and NDIS frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capability in governance, risk practices and driving continuous improvement.
