Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery or operations.
• Experience leading large distributed teams (>100 people).
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Commitment to safety and high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Service Delivery unit to full capacity and consistent performance.
• Oversee service delivery, scheduling, and workforce planning across regions.
• Drive productivity and profitability through disciplined operational management.
• Build relationships with key government, strata and commercial clients.
• Oversee invoicing, reporting, and backlog resolution to maintain cashflow.
• Recruit, mentor and develop leaders and coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental and audit standards.
• Champion veteran and community values through leadership.
