Job summary

Unknown is seeking a General Manager – Construction & Operations in Brisbane to lead the company’s construction and operational functions. The role focuses on end-to-end project delivery, from pre-construction through handover, with oversight of a multidisciplinary team across project delivery, commercial, estimating, design management and operations.

The General Manager will report to the Joint Managing Director and shape the delivery strategy, systems and controls while mentoring senior staff

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering major building projects.
• Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong capability across construction management, site delivery, contract administration and design management.

Responsibilities

• Executive oversight of construction projects and project delivery teams.
• Lead ~15 personnel across project delivery, commercial, estimating and design functions.
• Oversee pre-construction, procurement, construction and handover processes.
• Drive project controls, risk management and performance reviews across the portfolio.
