Job summary

FrontLine is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a core business unit, overseeing multiple Groups and a large on-site workforce. Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery, facilities management or field operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years of senior leadership experience.
• Lead large distributed teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of safety, compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a Service Delivery (Business) Unit to full operational capacity and consistent performance.
• Oversee service delivery, scheduling, and workforce planning across multiple regions.
• Drive productivity and profitability through disciplined operational management.
• Build effective relationships with key clients in government, strata and commercial sectors.
• Oversee invoicing, reporting, and backlog resolution to maintain strong cashflow.
• Recruit, mentor and develop Group Leaders, Section Leaders and Coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental and audit standards.
• Champion FrontLine's veteran and community values through strong, visible leadership.
