Powerlink Queensland is recruiting an Executive General Manager, Field & Asset Management to lead one of its largest operational divisions. You will oversee safe, reliable and efficient operation of the transmission network, and integrate asset management, engineering, field delivery and support services.

As a visible member of the Executive Team, you will balance safety, asset performance and cost, prioritise maintenance programs, and drive leadership, capability and evolving ways of working

Responsibilities

• Lead one of Powerlink Queensland's largest divisions focusing on field delivery and asset management.
• Oversee safe, reliable and efficient operation of the transmission network.
• Integrate asset management, operational engineering, field delivery and support services for a dispersed 24/7 network.
• Balance safety, reliability, asset performance and cost while prioritising maintenance and resources.
• Set the tone for safety, leadership and performance across a large workforce and executive colleagues.
