Qualifications

• Queensland Electrical Licensing Board Certificate of Competency as an Electrical Linesperson or equivalent.
• AQF Level 5 qualification in Management or Leadership/Business.
• Demonstrated people leadership capability and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a diverse team of field-based and office-based employees.
• Model safe work practices and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Deliver Program of Work using people, plant and resources to meet objectives.
