Aurecon Group is seeking a senior leader to head the Queensland Transmission & Distribution practice in Brisbane. You will build and lead a high-performing team, set technical standards, and shape energy infrastructure delivery for the region.

You will drive capability, uphold quality, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while expanding the project portfolio and strengthening Aurecon’s market position.

Qualifications

• Deep transmission and distribution engineering expertise with relevant qualifications and RPEQ registration.
• Experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Strong client relationships and a track record of delivering impactful work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to see the big picture and translate strategy into practical outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead Queensland Power Transmission & Distribution practice and grow capability.
• Set priorities and technical standards for consistent quality and delivery.
• Provide credible technical leadership on complex transmission and distribution projects.
• Balance client expectations, technical standards, and resourcing with commercial outcomes.
• Champion technology-enabled delivery and digital ways of working.
