Vysarn Limited is seeking an Executive General Manager to lead multiple Business Units, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth across its water solutions footprint in Australia. The role requires senior-level strategic thinking, strong governance, and proven performance oversight.

The successful candidate will partner with the CEO/COO to shape long-term strategy, oversee budgets, and ensure robust health, safety and environmental standards while engaging with key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Finance or STEM background considered essential.
  • Extensive experience in operational, organizational development and strategic planning.

To support our next phase of growth and our ongoing commitment to invest in our people, infrastructure, systems and national footprint we have identified the need for an experienced Executive General Manager to join our Senior Leadership team.

About the Role

As the Executive General Manager,you will display the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that each Vysarn Business Unit within your mandate has and administers the appropriate operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems to ensure our sustainable growth objectives continue to be achieved. From a strategic perspective, you will be charged with identifying, evaluating and pursuing opportunities for both the Business Units and Vysarn in adjacent markets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Business Units delivering the highest level of HSEQ and financial performance;

Assist the CEO and COO in developing and overseeing long-term business strategies;

Develop, in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, annual operating plans and budgets for all operations that support the long-term strategy;

Assist the growth and strategy function in overseeing the achievement and maintenance of a competitive position within the relevant industry;

Collaborate on the development of health and safety practices and oversee compliance with those practices;

Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, customer focus and service and encourages individual integrity; and

Travel to other national offices and to client/project sites, when required.

About You

Qualification in Finance, STEM, or a related field (essential).

Master’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).

8+ years of strong operational, organisational development and strategic planning experience.

Strong commercial understanding of contracting (preferably EPC).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with key stakeholders, team members, clients, and suppliers.

Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment.

Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A resident of Perth, and able to travel.
