Vysarn Limited is seeking an Executive General Manager to lead multiple Business Units, optimize operations, and drive sustainable growth across its water solutions footprint in Australia. The role requires senior-level strategic thinking, strong governance, and proven performance oversight.

The successful candidate will partner with the CEO/COO to shape long-term strategy, oversee budgets, and ensure robust health, safety and environmental standards while engaging with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred for executive leadership.
• Finance or STEM background considered essential.
• Extensive experience in operational, organizational development and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple Business Units with strong HSEQ and financial performance.
• Support CEO/COO in developing long-term strategies.
• Draft annual operating plans and budgets aligned with strategy.
• Drive growth and competitive positioning within the industry.
• Collaborate on health and safety practices and ensure compliance.
• Travel to national offices and client sites as required.
