• A degree in Town and Regional Planning.
• Relevant management experience and strong technical expertise.
• Ability to work with employees, Elected Members and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse development services portfolio within a growing regional community.
• Provide technical leadership and advice on planning, development and statutory matters.
• Oversee regulatory services, compliance and community safety functions.
• Develop employees, strengthen accountability and support effective service delivery.
• Contribute to Council strategy, policy development and organisational decision making.
