Job summary

Relationships Australia Northern Territory (RA-NT) seeks an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to drive strategic growth and organisational maturity across Darwin, Alice Springs, Katherine and remote communities.

The CEO will provide strategic leadership to guide the organisation’s strategy, culture, funding sustainability and service excellence while supporting effective governance and Board decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership in community or human services sectors and governance with Boards.
• Experience growing funding streams and managing complex organisations.
• Strong financial stewardship and decision making across multiple locations.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and engage diverse communities.
• Proven stakeholder advocacy at senior levels and with funders.
