Hills Raiders Basketball Association Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead the organization, aligning Board strategy with actions across staff and volunteers. You will shape community engagement, governance, and program delivery while driving growth and sustainability.

The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with responsibility for all operations, finances, and stakeholder relations across the Hills region and Perth area.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-functional environment.
• Proven capability in operational and financial management in a not-for-profit or community sport setting.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance understanding.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering strategic and operational plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead the HRBA in implementing the 2030 Strategic Plan with staff and volunteers.
• Oversee programs including Aussie Hoops, domestic competitions, WABL, NBL1, Ability Hoops, and schools.
• Develop and execute a diversified revenue strategy with sponsors, grants, and events.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and ensure financial transparency.
