Job summary

Qualifications
- Senior leader with deep technical background in facilities management.
- Experience delivering strategic and regulatory sustainability reporting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams across trades and technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure safety, compliance and excellence of UNE's physical environment.
- Oversee Campus and Trades Services and drive maintenance and improvements across spaces.
- Lead Environmental Sustainability initiatives, CRFD reporting and Emergency Management frameworks.
- Collaborate with Deputy Director Estate Planning & Capital Delivery to align asset investments with the Strategic Plan 2026-2035.
